Career Matters Article

I was delighted to write The Last Word article for the April addition of Career Matters, the quarterly magazine from the Career Development Institute (CDI).  The title was ‘Careers work is all of our jobs’ and my focus was on how it is neither fair nor effective to delegate all careers work to schools.

If you’re a careers professional I would thoroughly recommend joining the CDI for access to this magazine (always excellent even when I’m not in it!), many other useful resources and professional training.  I also very much value the community element of belonging to a professional organisation and have met valued colleagues and friends through the CDI.
